There’s ONE thing that most print-on-demand sellers like us overlook…

It’s the ONE thing that people will base their final buying decision on.

If you’ve been trying to sell t-shirts, coffee mugs, necklaces, or any other print-on-demand product but keep failing, what I’m about to tell you will be the most important information you’ll read this year.

What Makes People Buy Your T-shirts or Coffee Mugs or Jewelry Message Cards?

Let’s think about this question for 10 seconds.

Oh man, don’t cheat!

Really think about it before scrolling any further.

Alright? Got an answer?

Okay, what is it?

A low price?

I don’t think so.

Let’s check out these top-selling Novelty Coffee Mugs on Amazon.

The #1 coffee mug is priced at $17.87, and the #10 coffee mug is only $12.99.

People are still buying the #1 mug, even though it’s more expensive than #10.

So, I don’t think price matters too much.

What else?

.

.

Design?

Let’s check the #1, #28, and #78 coffee mugs.

They’re in the same niche. They’re for children who want to purchase a mug for their father.

If we look at these three coffee mugs without reading the messages on them, we can see the second and third ones have better designs, right?

The design on the first mug is just simple text. One font style in the same size, as if it was just typed out in Microsoft Word and center-aligned.

The second design has an elegant font, and the third is more colorful and has a cartoon image at the center.

I don’t think design matters much. The simple text design still sells more than the others.

The lesson: we can create a simple design – just like the top-selling coffee mug – and make tons of sales.

What other factors influence people to purchase print-on-demand products?

.

The product title and keywords?

Interesting.

If the product titles and keywords are not well-thought-out, people can’t find the products and purchase them, right?

Let’s look at the titles of these three products:

I captured these product rankings just before Father’s Day. These coffee mugs were selling really well.

Which one do you think has a good product title?

The titles above are pretty much the same, right?

They contain keywords like “Father, Father’s Day, Dad, Gifts, From, Son, Daughter, etc.”, just in a different order.

I don’t think product titles and keywords matter much, especially in such a big and broad niche.

So, what makes people buy t-shirts or coffee mugs?

Product titles and keywords help people find your products.

People enter a keyword on Amazon and see tons of products.

Design is the next thing a person notices after Amazon shows them tons of products.

People will select the style of coffee mug they want and check the product details.

Then – the next important step is – they will most likely check whether *The Quote* on the product is what they’re looking for or not.

A Print-on-Demand product is a *medium* people use to say something to someone else.

  • Does the quote say what Son wants to say to his Mom?
  • Does the quote say what Dad wants to say to his daughter?
  • Does the quote say what the Engineer wants to say to his or her colleagues?

If the design is nice but the message isn’t what the potential POD customer wants to convey, they won’t buy the product.

This means:

  • You could list tons of mugs.
  • Hire a good graphic designer to create designs
  • Hire an SEO expert to write amazing titles and keywords for your products.

BUT if the Quote is NOT what people are looking for, they won’t buy your product.

You need products with quotes that people want.

The question is, What kinds of quotes do people want?

In the next 3 pages, I’ll show you a comprehensive strategy that takes advantage of the quotes to make more sales.
