Hope you’re doing well!

I just wanted to give you a quick update. I’m working on tweaking prompts for PODtomatic, so I haven’t had time to write about print-on-demand and ChatGPT-4o, as you requested.

I was actually surprised by how many of you want to hear more about it, considering it’s kind of geeky stuff lol

Sorry for the delay, but I need to focus on tweaking the AI prompts for PODtomatic first.

We have more members and need more products to upload.

Want to read some geeky stuff?

Let me tell you what I’m doing right now.

We’re using AI to write product titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords for products on PODtomatic that will be uploaded to Amazon for our members.

I’ll call these “attributes.”

We have 4 attributes: product title, description, bullet points, and keywords.

We send 4 requests to the AI to write these attributes for us.

We need to upload around 15,000 products daily for our members, so we send 60,000+ requests to the AI provider to get the generated titles, descriptions, bullet points, and keywords back.

Not many AI providers can handle that volume. Most of them allow us to send only 5,000-15,000 requests per day.

So, I need to combine 4 prompts into 1 prompt.

It might seem simple, just merging all prompts into one, right?

But AI is more complicated.

When I combine prompts like that, it gives me shorter results—shorter product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.

That’s not what I want. We need more text with more relevant keywords for our products.

The previous results from 4 prompts have already proven that they help our members make more sales.

So, I need to create a prompt that can give the same quality of results.

I have been working on it for over 10 hours now.

You can check the number of times I tested the prompt here:

Since yesterday, I have tried running the prompt 389 times lol

Alright, I need to get back to work now.

Hopefully, I can get it done tonight so our developers can deploy it to our system.

Talk soon,

—Bank K.

PS. Sorry if I haven’t replied to your email or your question in the Facebook Group yet. I’m working on this AI prompt now. I’ll get back to you as soon as possible.
