Let me repeat: I’m no good at design or SEO.

… I know there are many talent graphic designers out there, and I know how to ask them to work for me.
… I know how to structure good product titles and tags to attract free traffic.
… I know how to scale up print-on-demand sales when I find winning products.
And you can do the same, too.
Here’s an easy automated method you can use to make passive income from your print-on-demand business.
STEP 1: Pick Niches (not a Niche)
The first step: Take a piece of paper and go to Amazon or Etsy. Search using keywords like “funny coffee mug”, “mom coffee mug”, “engineer face mask”, and so on.
Jot down a list of the interesting niches you found. I’ve created lists of professions, dog breeds, hobbies, and family members. I use these lists when I want to create new products for my stores.
Remember, to make decent sales in the print-on-demand business, you need to have products in many different niches. Don’t stick to just one niche.
The more niches you have, the more free traffic you’ll get. The more traffic you get, the more sales you’ll make. 🙂
STEP 2: Find Quotes
Next, find quotes for the niches you’ve selected. The quote is the message on the product. It’s an important factor in the POD equation, because it determines whether people will purchase your product or not.
For example, just before this past Mother’s Day, I sold over 24,000 coffee mugs with funny messages that sons or daughters rthought might amuse, inspire, or touch their mothers.
I also have a winning coffee mug that has a funny message about “Nurses” on it. It’s been selling really well since 2018. It sold especially well in April and May, because Nurse’s Day is on May 12.
You have to find quotes like that. Try to find quotes with messages people want to pass to others, or quotes that represent who they are.
STEP 3: Create Designs
After you have your list of quotes, create designs using the quotes. I hire a graphic designer to do this for me.
I highly recommend that you find a graphic designer on onlinejobs.ph. The workers you can find there are great, and their prices are reasonable.
Your design doesn’t have to be complex. Just a simple text-based design can sell well. All of my winning coffee mugs have black text on a transparent background. That’s it.
STEP 4: Upload them to PODTurbo
Now that you have the designs you need to create your print-on-demand products, the next step is to upload the product info and the designs to PODTurbo.
You just need create a spreadsheet containing product info such as product titles, keywords, prices, product types, etc. and save it as a .CSV file.
Upload this file to PODTurbo , along with the designs in a ZIP file. You just have to wait for PODTurbo to create the product mockup, then click “Publish”.

STEP 5: Fulfill orders automatically
The fulfillment process will be done automatically by PODTurbo. Just connect your Gearbubble Dropship API to your account.
