When I got started in the Print on Demand business, I listed just ten products on Amazon to test the market.
Luckily, I made my first sale in the second week.
Sounds good, right?
The bad part was that I didn’t upload more products after that. I was too lazy. I just waited for fortune to bring me my next sale.
That process is too boring.
Create a design, use it to create a product in GearBubble, upload it to Amazon, and edit the product information in Amazon.
It’s straightforward, but dull.
Still, I need to repeat this process, again and again, to upload more products to my account.
The problem was that I could only focus on it for a few minutes. Then I’d get distracted by other things on the internet while waiting for products to upload.
After doing this by myself for a while, I stopped and did something else.
A few weeks later, I got my next sale from this business model.
And I realized that this model works.
At the time, I figured I had to do something to create more consistent sales.
I knew I wouldn’t do it by myself, because it was too boring.
I had other projects, and this one was very easy and could be handled by anyone.
The key thing about selling POD products using the low-hanging style is that you have to list new products consistently.
You find proven selling niches, and scale from there.
So I set up a team to run my business for me.
It was time to find “a few people” to handle things.
I started by hiring TWO people to upload 25-50 products a day.
They did exactly what I did.
One person was a designer. He created designs that would be printed on the products.
Another person did the uploading. She was uploading 25-50 products a day.
A few weeks later, I found that my sales were coming more consistently.
So, I decided to let them do more work by adding 150 products a day.
I made more sales, month after month.
I found I could scale up a lot in this business, without me being involved.
This is the magic that happens when you add technology and some people to your project.
Is hiring people expensive?
NO. IT’S VERY CHEAP!
Let’s do the math:
I hire a person to upload one product for me for around $0.18 per product.
I hire a graphic designer to create designs for me at $0.20 per design.
One design will be printed on a coffee mug, a shot glass, and a travel mug. So a design for one product costs around $0.07.
If you put it on other products, like a color-changing mug or a metallic mug, the design cost will be much cheaper.
So the total cost to upload one product is around $0.2.
That’s very cheap, right? So why do it yourself?
Hire someone to do it for you!
How about profits?
Let’s assume that I hire a designer to create 50 designs a day, which costs $10 a week.
One design will be used to create three products: a coffee mug, a shot glass, and a travel mug.
There will be 150 products to upload per week.
It will cost around $30 per week to hire a person to upload 150 products.
So the total cost will be around $40 per week.
The profit from one product sold is around $10, so you need to sell only 4 units a week (or 0.57 units a day) to reach the breakeven point and start making a profit.
Just 0.57 unit a day, or 1 sale every two days…
That’s a VERY realistic number.
Another point is, these products have no expiry date.
They can be sold many times.
THE RESULTS
I have used this business model for about two three years and just crushed it on Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, and Christmas. Just look at these results:

Sales from Coffee Mugs, Shot Glasses, and Travel Mugs.
103 sales++ a day :)
It took just ONE hour a week to do this.

The 1-Hour System Flow
1-Hour System or 1HS is the method that helps me automatically create a sustainable eCom business in my spare time. 95% of all the process will be done by “few people” and the “technology.”
It’s a “spare time” eCom business that has been generating “full time” income passively for me for over two years now.
All contents in this system are practical, and it’s what my team has been working every day.
Here’s the breakdown of the training:
Module 1: The Big Picture
This module is about the big picture of this business model. It’s like a map of all process from the top view. You will understand the system before we dig into deep how-to details in the next modules.
Module 2: The Production Flow
The second part will be about the whole process in very deep detail. Production Flow is the most important thing in this business model. Here, you’ll learn what you have to do and how to do it. How to pick a niche, how to create unique designs that stand out from the crowd and sell better, design a workflow, etc.
Module 3: How to Hire
After you understand the whole system, it’s now time to find and put a few people into the system. I cover all the hiring process starting from who you need and where to find them. You will learn how to select good people to fit into your team.
Module 4: 1-Hour System
The part is about the implementation. It is what I always do in just ONE hour in every Saturday morning. After you finish learning the whole system, you will be able to do the same.
Module 5: The Scaling Methods
In this module, you’ll learn how to make more sales from this business. I’ll introduce you to the horizontal and vertical scaling methods I have used to significantly increase my sales. I’ll also tell you where 80% of my sales come from and how you use the same sources to do the same.
Module 6: Amazon Advertising
An Amazon sponsored ad is a “gold mine” that anyone can use to boost sales for a very low cost. It’s a highly targeted type of ad. You could spend just $2 and make a sale from an Amazon Ad. In this module, I’ll show you the advertising strategy I use.

This is the latest module I’ve for 1-Hour System members, specifically so they can crush this coming Q4. October to December (known as Q4) is the period when we can make lots of money, so we need to have a plan that helps us take full advantage of it.
