I hope you are doing well and enjoying the day.

I realized it has been a while since I sent my last email. I think it was back in early November!

I’ve been very busy “crushing it” during the Q4 holiday rush, and the results were very good. And I hope you guys are crushing it, too.

Before I sign off for the year, I want to leave you a few quick messages.

You Should Be Proud

I just wanted to reach out and say that I am proud of you.

You should be proud of yourself, too.

You worked hard this year, and you didn’t give up.

If things didn’t go perfectly, please don’t feel discouraged. That is just part of life.

I want to tell you a secret. I tried many different things this year.

To be honest, most of them failed.

But that is okay.

In this business, you don’t need everything to work. You only need a few things to work to see great results.

It is perfectly fine if something doesn’t work the way you wanted it to. It doesn’t mean you failed; it just means you are learning what works for next time.

You still have next year and the year after that to do exactly what you want.

Soon, I will write a longer email for you.

I’ll share what I did, what worked, and what I will focus on next year so we can learn together.

I don’t want to take much of your time away from your family today.
