Okay, now it’s time to create designs.
This part will be handled by the graphic designer on your team.
In this unit, I’ll show you what kind of designs can be sold in the LHS business.
First off: keep in mind that quantity is one of the keys to success in this business. We need to launch "many products" in "many niches" to see what sticks.
So keep it simple.

You can see that most of them are just simple text designs.
One more – let’s search Amazon using the keyword “Engineer Mug”
You’ll get results like this:

In the LHS business, the “simple text-based design” wins.
You don’t need to spend many hours to create a design. Just a simple text design can sell, and sell really well.
I did this wrong when I got started. My graphic designer and I spent lots of time creating beautiful and complex designs. We made only a few sales of those designs. It wasn’t worth the time we put into it.
We needed to focus on various niches to see what stuck, so we changed direction and started creating many products in many niches. And we used ugly, text-based designs.
Most sales come from ugly text-based designs.
You should do the same. Don’t spend much time on creating beautiful designs. A design should not take more than 2 minutes to create.
There are many ways to create a simple text design quickly using tools like WordSwag or Photoshop.
Let your graphic designer decide how to do it. My graphic designer prefers Photoshop. He doesn’t like WordSwag because he doesn’t like the designs in there.
I’m fine with that. It’s up to him. It’s good for me, too, because most software has the same design template. This helps me get unique designs.
OK, next let’s look at the workflow.
