Hello,

I hope you’re doing well!

Today, I want to share some news—both good and a bit concerning (but it might not be as bad as it sounds).

Let’s start with the good news.

✅ PODtomatic just hit a big milestone: $100,000!

We reached this in just 8 months, which is way faster than with PODtomatic V1 (and V1 had more users back then).

Thanks to things like AI-written product details, better product mockup images, and our upgrade from 50 to 200 products a day, we’re hitting this milestone quicker than before.

Many users have seen great sales in November and are continuing to do well this December. Let’s keep that momentum going!

We’re aiming to reach $150,000 before Christmas this year. It’s tough, but let’s see how far we can go.

Now, onto the concerning news.

Some of our members received an email from Amazon.

Amazon said they have too many listings and want to keep it under 100,000 (some were told to drop below 75,000).

I’ve never received this email before. My account is established and has been making sales consistently.

Here’s what I suggest:

1. Don’t do anything yet.

I spoke with a few members who got this email weeks ago. I told them not to delete any listings just yet. We’re waiting to see how Amazon reacts.

I checked in with them today. Guess what? Amazon hasn’t put any limits on creating new listings.

They can still use PODtomatic to upload new products, just like before. They haven’t deleted any listings, either.

Here’s the rule with Amazon: You don’t have to do everything they ask right away. A lot of those messages come from bots. (Try emailing Amazon to see for yourself.)

**Think about it **— Amazon wants you to make sales, and they’ll let you add more listings.

Why would you want to delete your listings during this shopping season?

It doesn’t make sense.

So, let’s hold off until after Q4 before we make any changes.

Honestly, this isn’t bad news. It’s a good thing for established sellers like most of us.

Most members who are making sales with PODtomatic AI haven’t received this email. Even for those who have, it’s not so bad.

We’ve got the experience to keep making sales from our products. New sellers might find it tougher, but we have our advantages.

2. Optimize your old listings.

If you want to boost sales for your older products, you need to optimize their title, description, and bullet points.

I know this works because I just used Jesse PODMan to optimize 272,000 products I uploaded years ago. I saw sales from products that never sold before.

Those products had old descriptions, but after updating them, seem like more people started seeing them on Amazon.

We’ve just got about 17,000 products updated for some testers.

If you want to be a tester, just reply to this email. I’ll let Jesse PODMan optimize 500 products for you for free!

(Just please give me some feedback in return so I can improve 😅)

That’s all for now.

Q4 is almost over, so let’s finish this year strong!
