Hello,
Can you believe February is already gone? Time flies, right?
A lot happened this past month at PODtomatic.
First off, we launched our Walmart Integration!
It’s now live for all our PODtomatic users. I’ve noticed a few folks already connecting their Walmart accounts, and I’m excited to see their first orders roll in.
But on a sad note, Gearbubble shut its doors last month.
This platform helped me earn my first million, and I owe a lot to Don Wilson, the founder, for everything I learned over the years.
It’s tough to see it go. But I get it.
As someone who has sold products and once ran a print-on-demand company, I can tell you that selling is much simpler than managing a print-on-demand business.
As a seller, I focus on making sales.
Holiday coming up? I just run more ads.
Slow months? I cut back on ad spending.
I can turn off ads and take a break without stressing.
Easy, right?
But running a print-on-demand company? That’s a whole different ball game. You have to juggle so many things—sellers, suppliers, coworkers, employees, you name it.
Holiday season? You need to guess how many orders to expect and stock up to support your sellers.
Slow months? You still have to pay your team, even if sales are low.
And don’t get me started on rising product costs or system improvements.
Running a print-on-demand company means more responsibility and planning compared to just being a seller.
Kudos to everyone running a print-on-demand business, especially Don and Eric from ShineOn.
So, that’s what happened last month. I’ve finally got a moment to share this after helping the PODtomatic team navigate the Gearbubble closure.
Now, let’s dive into the February Sales Report for PODtomatic!
Here are the numbers from February 2024:

(Screenshot taken on February 28, 2025)
We hit 387 sales for our members, bringing in around $11K—pretty good for February!
That’s even a bit more than January’s 318 sales, despite February being three days shorter.
In February 2022, 2023, and 2024, PODtomatic V1 averaged around 200 sales each year, but PODtomatic AI nearly doubled that!
Here’s a look at our sales since launching PODtomatic AI:
2024:
- April: 103 sales
- May: 235 sales
- June: 227 sales
- July: 173 sales
- August: 250 sales
- September: 255 sales
- October: 402 sales
- November: 1,129 sales
- December: 2,124 sales
2025:
- January: 318 sales
- February: 287 sales
Surprisingly, February is now our 4th best month for sales, right after the busy Q4. With more products in our members’ Amazon stores and the new Walmart integration, I’m confident we’ll see even more sales.
We’ve crossed the $164K mark in total sales!

Now, let’s check out my PODtomatic account stats.

So far, PODtomatic has uploaded 63,336 products for me, leading to 204 sales worth about $6,085.57.
Here’s how my sales broke down each month:
March - 6 sales

April - 8 sales

May - 14 sales

June - 14 sales

**July - 8 sales **(one order with 3 units!)

August - 8 sales (one order with 4 units!)

September - 10 sales

October: 19 sales (one order with 5 units!)

November: 50 sales (many orders with multiple units… I’m too lazy to check ;P)

**December 2024: **37 sales (I lost by box this month 😔)

January 2025: 13 sales

**February 2025: **16 sales

I haven’t done much with my Amazon account, just letting Jesse PODMan optimize my listings for the upcoming Mother’s Day.
Keep in mind, these sales are from FBM products uploaded by PODtomatic and don’t include FBA products.
The goal is to find products that are selling well and turn them into FBA.
More winning FBA products mean more consistent sales.
This month, I’ve got a few more products to test with FBA. I’ll pick some from the sales to see if they perform better as FBA.
That’s a wrap for this email!

*P.S. With Walmart Integration complete, *we’re now working on adding Shopify to our system.
Last year, I sent an email titled “I found a new way to sell print-on-demand (passively)” and created tons of collections for various keywords that are already indexed on Google.

Many of these collections are ranking high for their keywords. I believe they’ll easily make the first page on Google because they target niche keywords.
The only issue? We don’t have products in these categories yet. I’m pushing my team to add Shopify to PODtomatic so I can fill my Shopify store with more products.
I can’t wait to see how this strategy works out. If it’s successful, we won’t have to rely solely on Amazon and can make passive sales from our own store.
