Okay, you understand the workflow process and have a couple of good workers.
Now it’s time to work!

The process my team follows starts every Friday night. My product uploader will tell me she has no quotes left and she has completed all her past assignments.
Let’s divide it into two scenarios again: no sales and some sales.
No Sales
If you’ve just got started, you have no sales yet, so you need to focus on launching products in multiple niches.
We will use ONE quote for multiple niches in this scenario.
Remember?
“Keep Calm, I’m an Engineer.”
“Keep Calm, I’m a Nurse.”
“Keep Calm, I’m a Teacher.”
etc.
So, first I will pick a master niche (such as professions, dog breeds, cat breeds, etc.).
If I select “professions” as my master niche, there will be around 500 different occupations in this master niche.
ONE quote will be used to create 500 designs.
500 designs will be put on THREE (or more) print-on-demand products (a coffee mug, shot glass, and travel mug).
That totals 1,500 products.
My VA uploads 150 products a day, so she requires 10 days to finish the work. That’s a two weeks’ work, because my team doesn’t work on weekends.
I spend only ONE hour to prepare enough work for the next two weeks.
This is what I’ll do to prepare the work.
I go to Etsy or Amazon to find interesting quotes for my profession niche. I search with keywords like “Engineer t-shirt”, “Nurse mug”, “Teacher gift”, etc. to find quotes.
You can search using any keywords you want. It doesn’t need to be engineer, nurse, or teacher. We just want to find quotes that can be used for all professions.
I usually look for products that have customer reviews to check whether they like the quotes on the products or not.
Then I’ll save some interesting quotes in my notes.
Again, ONE quote for a profession niche will be used to create 1,500 products in my account. It takes two weeks to finish the work.
If I have more quotes – let’s say 4 quotes – that’s two months of work for my team.
That’s from just ONE HOUR of preparation.
Next, we need to do some keyword research to add the main keywords to the product title and product keywords.
We will send our worker:
- ONE product title for all niches
- ONE Niche keyword + ONE keyword list for all niches.
The product title and keyword list for each product will contain ONE niche keyword and general product keywords.
For example, if you are launching products in the professions niche, the niche keyword (which is the profession itself) will appear once in the product title and keywords.
Like this:
Product title:
Funny [NICHE] coffee mug - [QUOTE] - Unique Gifts For Men and Women
Keyword list:
[NICHE] white coffee mug ceramic 11oz gifts men women dad mom father mother
(Keywords in Amazon are separated by a space.)
You can use merchantwords.com to find general keywords. I asked the owner of this tool to give a special discount to my members, and he gave me this link. You will get it for $9 a month instead of $30 a month. (I don’t earn a commission from it.)
If you don’t want to do keyword research by yourself, you can get mine as well. I offer it here for a few bucks: Amazon Product Titles & Keywords
Then you will replace the [NICHE] with a profession such as Engineer, Nurse, Teacher, etc. You will end up with 500 product titles and product keywords for 500 profession niches.
This is the example template file I send to my VA every Saturday:
The quote is “[Niche] I'm not arguing. I'm just explaining why I'm right.”
It's about professions.
These are the titles for each mug, shot glass and travel mug.
Coffee Mug
Funny [Niche] Coffee Mug - I'm not arguing - Unique Inspirational Gift For Men Women
Shot Glass
Funny [Niche] Shot Glass - I'm not arguing - Unique Inspirational Gift For Men Women
Travel Mug
Funny [Niche] Travel Mug - I'm not arguing - Unique Inspirational Gift For Men Women
and these are keywords: please add [Niche] at the front.
Coffee Mug Keywords:
[Niche] coffee mug white 11oz unique gifts profession men women …
Shot Glass Keywords:
[Niche] shot glass unique gifts profession men women …
Travel Mug Keywords:
[Niche] travel mug unique gifts profession men women …
Please add the [Niche] to the bullet point and the description as well. Thanks!
You can edit this template to suit your needs.
Send them all to your VA to do the rest.
That’s it for the No Sales scenario.
(Note: I still use this method if I have many sales, because it’s easy and I can easily find untapped niches.)
Some Sales
The second scenario is when you already have sales in some niches.
We now know which niches are profitable. It’s like the 80/20 rule – 80% of sales will come from 20% of the niches or products.
It’s time to create more products in some of the profitable niches.
The way to prepare the work for this is a bit different from the first scenario.
In the first scenario, we use ONE quote to create products for many sub niches, right?
But in this case, we will find many specific quotes for ONE niche.
We will pick ONE niche to work on each week.
For example, if I got many sales from my Engineer-related coffee mugs, I will let my VA find more interesting quotes about Engineers.
Like this:

You can see that many quotes are specifically for engineers.
We can’t use these quotes for other professions, right?
Previously, we use general quotes that can be used with many sub niches, but this time we’ll find quotes for a specific niche only.
My VA will find 50 quotes a week.
You might need to check the quotes when your VA has just starts working, because he or she might not understand what kind of quotes you want.
But I rarely check nowadays, because my VA is doing a good job of finding quotes for me.
Then, each day, my graphic designer will create 50 designs using these quotes.
My VA will then use these designs to create 150 products (coffee mugs, shot glasses, and travel mugs) and upload them to Amazon.
In the following days, we will use the same quotes again, but my designer will create new designs from the same quotes.
We need to do it this way, because it’s difficult to find many quotes for specific niches.
Also, many designs for one quote is good, because sometimes people like a quote but not the design. We need to create other choices for them.
Then, I’ll do some keyword research about Engineers to optimize the product title and keyword list.
Again, I use merchantwords.com to find more related keywords.
Just enter keywords such as “engineer mug”, “engineer t-shirt”, or “engineer gift” to search for relevant keywords.
You will get many new keywords about engineers you can use to optimize your product title and keyword list.
software engineer mug
engineering mug
qa engineer mug
civil engineer gifts
aerospace engineering gifts
etc.
The first time you optimize keywords for a specific niche, insert them all in the keyword field and select the keywords that have a high search volume for the product title.
In this case, the quotes your VA finds might apply to all types of engineers, so insert the specific types of engineers in the keyword field.
In the next scaling, if you find that a certain engineer product can be sold, find more specific quotes and keywords for that type of engineer.
For example, if you see that the civil engineer mug sells well, find more quotes for civil engineers to create new products and optimize the product title and keywords.
This is the work template I send to my VA in this scenario:
Engineer Niche
[Quote] - Replace with a quote on a product. Just one main sentence. It should not be more than 15 characters.
These are the titles for each mug, shot glass and travel mug.
Monday:
Funny Engineer Coffee Mug - [Quote] - Engineering Gifts For Men Women
Funny Engineer Shot Glass - [Quote] - Engineering Gifts For Men Women
Funny Engineer Travel Mug - [Quote] - Engineering Gifts For Men Women
Tuesday:
Engineer Coffee Mug - [Quote] - Funny Engineering Gifts For Civil Aerospace QA
Engineer Shot Glass - [Quote] - Funny Engineering Gifts For Civil Aerospace QA
Engineer Travel Mug - [Quote] - Funny Engineering Gifts For Civil Aerospace QA
Wednesday:
[…]
Thursday:
[…]
Friday:
[…]
and these are keywords:
For Coffee Mugs:
engineer engineering civil qa aeropace coffee mug white 11oz unique gifts profession men women …
For Shot Glasses:
engineer engineering civil qa aeropace shot glass unique gifts profession men women …
For Travel Mugs:
engineer engineering civil qa aeropace travel mug unique gifts profession men women …
Please add "Engineer" to the bullet points and the descriptions as well. Thanks!
In this scenario, I create 5 titles for each product (coffee mug, shot glass, and travel mug) so my VA can edit the product information from Monday to Friday.
I need to do it this way because we use the same 50 quotes every day. So I need to prepare different product titles.
Okay, this is how I prepare the work for my VA in these two scenarios.
There is a bit of a difference between these two scenarios, but the next processes will be the same.
The rest of the process will be done by my VA and graphic designer.
After my VA gets the assignment from me, she will send the list of quotes to my graphic designer.
We need to have a “Dropbox” account. This is very important, because this is where my team will share the designs.
The graphic designer will create designs and send them to Dropbox.
After that, the VA will use the designs to create the products in GearBubble and upload them to Amazon. You can send him or her the workflow sheet so they can follow the process.
In the first few weeks, you may need to work closely with your workers to check whether or not they are completing the tasks you assign to them. It may be difficult in the beginning, but once they learn how to work, you won’t need to do anything except select the niche markets.
That’s all for the 1 Hour System!
After you train your team to work well, the system will work for you and generate solid passive income. :)
