The Production Flow

The Production Flow is what I got when I attended Don Wilson’s Mastermind in late 2017.

Before that, I never had a solid system. I’d just find products to market and stick with the winning ones.

I rarely launched a new product when I found some products that I could sell. I just kept promoting them.

For example, if I found one winning product, I’d send more traffic to it. I sent more boxes to Amazon FBA to fulfil that product quickly.

Scale, scale, scale …

That’s a good thing to do – for a winning product. BUT only for a short period of time.

When sales decreased, I would assume there were problems with the traffic source, or it was a time of year when people didn’t spend their money.

That might have been true, but it wasn’t the whole reason why I wasn’t getting sales.

Every product has its own lifecycle.

There are four stages for every product: introduction, growth, maturity, and decline.

For example, if you sell mugs for mothers, there will be a peak period on Mother’s Day.

In this period, you can scale sales by pushing more traffic or sending products to Amazon FBA to gain a ranking advantage.

But on general days, the number of sales will be normal. It might not be worth it to buy traffic in the low season.

We can’t stick with just a few products for a long time.

It’s better to launch new products regularly.

For Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, National holidays, or other weird holidays like National Spaghetti Day or Pi Day.

(I knew a guy who sold a lot of Pi Day t-shirts. That’s incredible!)

Also, if we keep launching new products regularly, there will be more chances for us to find new winning products.

The more winning products we have, the more steady income we can get.

We can make sales regularly, all year long.

Before I knew about production flow, my income was like this:

After I learned about production flow, it was this:

The production flow is a crucial thing in any eCom business, and especially for the LHS model.

To be successful in this business, we need to create a production flow and add people to the system.

In this module, I’ll show you the production flow I use with my team. What I do, what my team does, I’ll explain them all in this module.

After you finish this module, you will understand the whole system and be able to start building your own production flow.
