This module is the overview of the 1HS.

Here, I will show you the components of what you’re gonna learn in this course.

The first thing I’m going to show you is “The Production Flow”. This is the best thing I’ve learned in the past few years. It has a big impact on what I do as a business.

I’ll show you the production flow I use in my LHS project, so you can have a “map” to build your own system.

After you have your own production flow, you need to add people to the system. I’ll tell you who to hire and where to find them.

This is the same method I use to find my own team. It took me a few months to find awesome workers to work with. They’ve been working with me for almost two years now.

After that module, you will understand the workflow process and have found some people to work with.

Next, I’ll show you my 1-Hour System.

What I do on Saturday morning, what my team does for the week, what tools we use to collaboration, etc. will be revealed in this module. I’ve written this module in great detail.

That’s all you will learn from this training course.

Anyway, I plan to add these extra modules, which I’ve never told anyone about before:

• The Scaling Method DONE!
• Amazon Ads 101 DONE!

As my team spends most of their time on the LHS project, I have lots of time to learn the new things. So I did some research on how to generate more sales with the products I have.

It became these two new lessons.

You will learn the method I use to optimize my existing products, and how to make more sales from a few profitable niches I have found.

In late 2018, I tried Amazon Ads as well. Paid ads are a traffic source I really like, and I have used it for a long time.

Amazon Ads are no exception. I see many people making some good money with Amazon Ads, so I spent some time researching them and learning how other people manage to make them work.

Then I tried it by myself, using my existing products. The results have been awesome so far. The ROI is totally insane compared to Facebook Ads, which were the traffic source I liked the most.

I’ll add these two lessons to the 1HS (2nd Edition) soon. But please keep in mind that there is no ETA yet, because I’ve just launched a new project with my team and don’t have much time to write anything.
