Q4 is the last quarter of the year and has the most holidays on the annual calendar. From Thanksgiving to Christmas, Q4 always comes with a purchasing spike known as “Shopping Fever”.

During Q4, everybody is buying something. Gifts, shoes, or a box of candy, anything!

People love to get amazing gifts for their loved ones, especially during the Christmas period. This often leads to an uptick in demand for products with a uniquely personalized touch.

For one, they’re classic, cheap, and the buyer can choose personalized messages directed at the recipient of the product. This makes coffee mugs a perfect gift.

So, during these periods, add lots of coffee mugs to your shop. Also, be sure to create new products with quotes that relate to each holiday. You can tap into the festivities that way.

Let me also mention that just because you’ll be listing many new products doesn’t mean you should remove other products you listed previously. As buyers troop in to check your products, they might just scroll further down and find something else that catches their fancy.

As you do this, ensure that you spread the joy among various niches. List as many products in as many niches as you can. This is because products in all niches can be sold at any time. Don’t be caught unprepared!

Now, as your sales progress, keep an eye on your stats. Once you spot products that are selling well, like 1-2 units a month, send them to Amazon FBA.

For better results, ensure these winning products get to the Amazon warehouse around the beginning of December.

Products listed on Amazon FBA often enjoy an unfair advantage just before Christmas. This is because most people don’t buy products until the last minute.

This way, the ball is in your court. The high demand won’t abate until the holidays are over. So, take advantage of this! You can even increase your prices. People will still buy.

To get even better results, scale your winning products. Pick the best-selling ones and promote them with Facebook Ads. You can reach a wider audience and make even more sales.

Q4 is a great time to enjoy remarkable sales as a POD business owner. Never sleep between September and January!
