The demand for face masks rose exponentially due to the COVID-19 pandemic that held the world captive for months. Face masks are worn to prevent the spread of the coronavirus. This makes them a very important item for everyone who wants to stay safe.

Selling face masks has become a very important part of my business since the onset of the pandemic. This is because medical face masks became scarce after more medical practitioners were forced to wear them.

So, I started selling fabric-based face masks to a large number of needy buyers.

I found d some quotes to put on the Face Mask – like “Don’t Make Me Use My [NICHE] Voice”. Then, I substituted the [NICHE] with 300 different profession niches. This way, I was able to appeal to a wider target audience.

I didn’t stop there. I came up with about 10 equally captivating quotes and added 3000 face masks to my Etsy store.

At the time, I wasn’t sure how well face masks would sell on Amazon. I also wasn’t sure it was even safe to sell this product on Amazon. I didn’t want to risk having my account suspended, so I didn’t bother listing face masks in my Amazon shop.

When I started out, there was less competition. Most of my products were selling pretty well. I might have scaled my winning products and made more sales. But I couldn’t. At that time, Facebook hadn’t yet allowed the promotion of face masks.

Unfortunately, Facebook Ads were not an option for the Scale King. But I still made a whole lot of money by selling face masks on Etsy.
