Hello,

I hope you’re doing well!

Sorry for not updating you much last month.

I was busy preparing a presentation for Don’s Mastermind, creating an AI mini-course, launching and testing new products for Q4, etc.

Ugh… It’s almost Q4 now, and I know we’re all getting busy, right?

Anyway, many of you are eager to hear how PODtomatic AI is doing, especially during Q3, which is usually a slower time for print-on-demand sales.

Let’s dive into the results from the past two months.

Here are the stats from July:

We made 173 sales. Not great, but it’s what we expected since Q3 is slow.

We had around 1,986 uploads per order (1,501,955 uploads / 756 orders).

In June, this number was 1,715 uploads per order. The increase is due to the slower sales period.

However, I noticed that some new users who joined in June have already started getting orders, which is a good sign.

Now, let’s move on to the stats for August:

We finally hit the 1,000 orders milestone after just five months!

We hit 250 sales, which is better than July.

So far, we’ve uploaded 2,087,952 products and made 1019 sales in total.

The average number of uploads per order is now around 2,049, slightly higher than July.

Q3 is tough because there aren’t any big holidays for gift-buying.

But let’s recap our sales since we launched PODtomatic AI:

  • April: 103 sales
  • May: 235 sales
  • June: 227 sales
  • July: 173 sales
  • August: 250 sales

You can see that August has been our best month yet, even though it’s still Q3, the slowest period of the year.

I’m excited to see what we can do in Q4.

Now, let me share my own stats from PODtomatic AI, captured earlier today:

PODtomatic AI has uploaded around 35,000 products for me, resulting in 61+4 orders* (with four from test products not shown here)*.

That’s about 546 uploads per order. With 200 products uploaded daily, I’m averaging about one order every 2.5 days from PODtomatic AI.

Here’s how the sales break down by month:

March - 6 sales

April - 8 sales

May - 14 sales

June - 14 sales

**July - 8 sales **(one order with 3 units!)

August - 8 sales (one order with 4 units!)

September (3 days) - 2 sales

July and August weren’t great months for my account, with fewer sales than May and June. But that’s understandable, given the Q3 slump.

I’m considering sending some products to Amazon FBA this month to boost sales this Q4.

We’re still in the slow period, so sales might not be high. However, we can keep uploading new products consistently and get ready to harvest sales in Q4.

PODtomatic AI has started uploading ornaments, which are popular during Q4, and we’re already seeing some orders come in.

Let me share some backend stats:

Out of the recent 40 orders, 8 were for ornaments.

And we’re not even in the peak buying season for these yet!

Most people will start buying ornaments in November and December, right before Christmas.

PODtomatic AI is already uploading these products to our members’ accounts. By the time ornament season hits, our members will have tons of them ready to sell, and I’m confident they’ll make a lot of sales.

Now is the perfect time if you haven’t started using PODtomatic AI to upload products yet.

I’ll keep you updated!

Alright, it’s time to get back to work.
