A few weeks ago, I saw a funny picture that really shows how introverts can shine with AI.
In the picture, there’s a boss sitting on a throne while his team pulls him along…
Then there’s a leader who pulls his throne with his team, showing how to lead by example…
But the introvert who likes to work alone? He pulls his throne all by himself…
Now, the introvert with AI?
Oh boy, he pulls THREE thrones all by himself—thanks to AI! 😂
This got me thinking — it’s spot on.
Last weekend, I was bored trying to reply to my customers using ChatGPT.
You know I’m Thai and English isn’t my first language, so it takes me a bit to write polite replies.
But then, ChatGPT came to my rescue! I just told it something like:
“Hey, write a reply to this message [insert customer message]. Tell him [what I want to say, like ‘Sorry, the item has just been shipped! You can check the tracking info here.’]”
And just like that, ChatGPT wrote a nice reply for me to copy and send back.
But here’s the thing — if you use the free ChatGPT plan, you might notice it reaches its limits quickly and gets slow.
I got tired of waiting, so I built a new app using the ChatGPT API.
It’s not free, but it’s much cheaper and faster than regular ChatGPT.

With ReplyBot, you just type in your customer’s message and what you want to say. The bot will create a nice reply for you to use.
I shared it with my virtual assistant, and he loves it! He uses it every day now.
