Today was different from yesterday.
Yesterday, we saw that Product #1 seemed to be the winner because the CPS was very low.
But today, the CPS of Product #1 was a bit higher, while the CPS of the Product #2 was a lot lower than it was yesterday.
Anyway, let’s look at the overall performance for both products first:
Product #1
Sales: 28
Revenue: $697.20
Spent: $402.36
CPP: $14.37
Profit: $294.84
Product #2
Sales: 27
Revenue: $672.3
Spent: $187.67
CPP: $6.90
Profit: $484.63
Overall Performance
Sales: 55
Revenue: $1,369.5
Spent: $590.03
CPP: $10.72
Profit: $779.47
As you can see, the CPS for Product #1 doubled from yesterday, while the CPS for Product #2 decreased by half.
I wasn’t sure what happened, but I was used to it. It’s Facebook. It’s unpredictable. Sometimes, the CPP is very low on the first day but doubles the next day.
That’s the nature of Facebook Ads.
Anyway, let’s check the campaign performance of Product #1.

The performance of the TEST campaign I started running yesterday didn’t perform well today. Yesterday, the CPP for this campaign was just only $6.45. Today, it was $20.52.
The new campaign with a higher budget did slightly better. Its CPP was $15.78.
Anyway, I found that the new ad with Emojis that I created for Product #2 yesterday performed better than the old ad.
So, I also created a new Ad for Product #1 today. I duplicated the old campaign to the new one and created new ads for it. I set the daily budget to $100.
That’s all for Product #1 today. I wasn’t sure whether it was a winning product or not, so I didn’t want to scale it hard yet.
Next, let’s see today’s performance of Product #2:

The new campaign with the new ad I created yesterday performed really well today.
The CPP for the new ad was only $6.99 per purchase, while the CPP for the old ad was $13.44, slightly lower than yesterday.
I thought this might be a winning product, so I started to scale it a bit more aggressively.
I started by duplicating the new campaign with the new ad I created yesterday to the new one, and setting the daily budget to $300.
And I created a new campaign and used the new set of Facebook Interests. I set the daily budget to $100 for this campaign.
So, I added $400 in budget to Product #2 today.
New Product Launched
Also, Product #2 was a product with a quote from Mom to Son. I thought this quote might work with Dads too, so I created Product #3 and changed the message so it was from Dad to Daughter.
I created a new campaign with 4 ad sets and set the daily budget to $100 for this new product.
That’s all for today.
