Hello,

I think right now is the best time ever to build a one-person business.

A real one. Just you. Nobody else.

Let me explain.

Back when I sold print-on-demand stuff, I called myself a solopreneur.

But that was kind of a lie.

I still had 3 or 4 people helping me.

A graphic designer for the art. And 2 or 3 VAs to upload products and answer customer emails.

Now? AI does almost all of it.

Here is what changed

  • Design. AI makes my designs now. Fast. Cheap. Looks good. And I don’t have to fight with a designer anymore. Before, I paid $20 to $30 for one design. Then I would ask for a small fix and… oof. Big headache. Now that is gone.
  • Uploading products. This used to eat up my VAs’ whole day. Now PODtomatic does it for me. It uploads products across tons of niches on its own. No clicking. No copy-paste. It just runs.
  • Email. AI answers my customers too. Last week, I built my own little ReplyBot. Now it handles 80-90% of customer questions on its own. Saves me so much time.
  • Money. This part is wild. I used to pay my team thousands of dollars a month. Now I pay AI less than $100 a month.

(Though I pay Facebook way more now. That bill goes up every single day. Ugh.)

The one job I still do myself

Ads.

Because honestly? I think I am better at it than AI. (Okay, small brag. Ha.)

But really, I don’t see the point of using an AI agent to run ads.

From what I have seen, if the product is good, you can write a dumb little ad, and it still sells. So why bother?

Here is how I do it

PODtomatic uploads my products to Amazon. Then I sit back and watch.

Some of them start making sales on their own. Those are my winners.

So I take those winners and point Facebook Ads at them.

That’s the whole trick. Let the product prove itself first. Then pour fuel on the fire.

Why now is the time

Big companies are letting people go because of AI.

But for a solopreneur like you and me? It is the opposite.

AI helps the business grow. A lot. And fast.

And the best part? No more people headaches.
