Hello,
For weeks now, I’ve been sharing how I build and grow my print-on-demand business.
And I got a few emails back.
Some of you feel overwhelmed. You’re not sure where to start.
One person wants to hire me to do it for them. Another asked if I offer coaching calls.
Here’s the thing.
I don’t think you need that from me. And I’m not good at that stuff anyway. I know it.
Because the strategy I use is simple.
If I had to say it in one sentence, it would be this:
“Put tons of products on Amazon. Run Amazon Ads. Pick the ones that sell, move them to your Shopify store, and scale with Facebook Ads.”
Simple, right?
You just do it one step at a time.
The Whole Strategy, One Step at a Time
Haven’t started yet? Here’s the order:
- Load products to your Amazon account first. PODtomatic can help you do this — it’s an AI + print-on-demand tool that pushes up to 200 products to your Amazon every day. Let it run.
- Launch Amazon Ads on those products. Try to make sales there. Just Amazon Ads — no need to touch Shopify or Facebook yet.
- Make $1,000 in sales a month on Amazon first. It’s very doable with Amazon Ads.
- Once you get at least 5 sales from the same product, start your Shopify store. Make some design variations, put them on Shopify.
- Scale them with Facebook Ads.
That’s it. Simple, right?
It’s the same method I’ve used for years.
And it made me $155.7k in the past 30 days.

The Hard Part
It’s not an overnight thing.
You need time to make each step work.
And not every product that sells well on Amazon will scale on Facebook. You still have to test them.
But that beats testing random products blindly.
So here’s what matters most:
Do one step at a time. Don’t get overwhelmed. You’ll get there.
Enjoy the process,
Bank K.
