Last month I spent 10 minutes on my Amazon Ads.
That’s it. Ten minutes for the whole month.
Those ten minutes brought in four to five figures in sales.
It used to take me two hours. Same work. Same results.
I’ll show you what changed. But first you need to see the old way, because the new way only works if you did the old way first.
The old way
Two years ago I wrote a case study on how I run Amazon Ads for my print on demand products. You can read it here: the complete guide to Amazon Ads for print on demand
Time flies. Most of those campaigns are still running today. They still make sales for me every single day.
Here’s how simple it was.
PODtomatic lists 200 products a day to my Amazon store. Then I build campaigns to promote drinkware. Accent mugs, camping mugs, black mugs.
One campaign for one niche. Each campaign holds 500 to 1000 products.
Twice a month I opened the reports and asked two questions.
What is spending money and not making sales?
What is making sales?
Then I paused the losers. And I raised the bid on the winners.
One hour each time. Two hours a month. That was the whole job.
My wife does the same thing. So do the PODtomatic members who take action. We have each made over $30k in sales this way.
Before you keep reading
I have to be straight with you.
What I’m about to show you needs data. Real data from real campaigns.
If you have no campaigns running yet, start there first. Go build them, then come back to this post.
If you already have sales, say 100 orders in the past 12 months, you’re ready. Keep going.
The new way
Two months ago I stopped doing the review myself. I handed it to AI.
I give it two reports.
The business report, which shows what sold in the past 60 days.

And the Amazon Ads search term report, which shows what made sales and what burned money with nothing to show for it.

Then it hands me back an XLSX file.
I upload that file to Bulk Operations in Amazon Ads. Done.
That one file can build new campaigns, change the bid on every target, and add or remove negative keywords.
How to do it yourself
Open Claude, or whatever AI you use. I use Claude Code. Claude Cowork should work too.
Start with this:
act as top Amazon Ads Expert, analyze my business report and ads search term report. Then ask me anything about product costs, or anything you want from me. The goal is to make more sales from products in my account. I’ll let you create an XLSX file that I can upload to Bulk Operations in Amazon to create or optimize the campaigns.
This is the warm up. You’re telling the AI what you want and where you stand right now.
It doesn’t know your product costs yet. So give it the numbers. Give it everything.
Talk to it a lot. And always add this line: if you are not sure about anything, ask me before you make the file.
That one line saves you from bad output.
Then go to the Amazon Bulk Operations page.

Upload the file. That’s the whole job.
”Is that it?”
My wife tried this with ChatGPT and didn’t see much change. So she sent me her two reports instead.
I passed them to my Claude and sent the file back to her.
She replied: “is that it?”
It was that fast.
Nothing special about my setup, by the way. The reports do the work. You just have to hand them over and ask good questions.
Your turn
Ten minutes a month. Five minutes, twice.
You don’t need a new skill. You need campaigns running and two reports.
If you don’t have the campaigns yet, that’s your real first step. PODtomatic builds that base for you, 200 products a day, while you sleep.
Start now and you’ll have real reports before Q4 ends.
Enjoy the process.
Bank K.
P.S. One thing I haven’t tried yet. If you have sales but no campaigns, you might be able to export just the business report and let AI build your first campaigns from scratch. Same XLSX, same Bulk Operations. I don’t know if it works. If you try it, tell me what happens.
